3rd generation restauranteur Brice Curl joined his family’s illustrious heritage at the age of 5 when he started rolling potatoes at his grandfather’s renowned Galveston based restaurant.
Fast forward a few years and Brice found his passion for BBQ at 12 years old as he cooked alongside Mr. Griff, his ag teacher for his father’s catering business.
Brice has been cooking and smoking his award-winning BBQ ever since, serving residents of Baytown for over 30 years.
